Do I need any prior experience to join a class?
Not at all! Our classes cater to all skill levels, from complete beginners to those looking to refine their craft.

What materials will I need for the class?
This depends on the class you sign up for, once you register the instructor will share the recommended stationery list with you. You can purchase your own materials, or you can order one of our beginner packs for some of our classes - ask your teacher for the pricelist.

Can I switch to a different class after signing up?
At the end of the month yes, if you do a month of sewing lessons and thereafter would like to switch to teddy bear making for example you are welcome to do so, but please do give the instructors notice so we can plan accordingly. You can't switch over in the middle of a month.

What happens if I miss a class?
Since we operate on a forward-payment system, missed classes are non-refundable. However, you’ll receive guidance on how to catch up on what you missed.

What if the instructor cancels a class?
If a class is canceled due to the instructor’s unavailability, it will either be rescheduled or an extended session will be offered to ensure you don’t miss out on the lesson.

Can I cancel my enrollment?
Yes, but we require at least one month’s notice if you plan to discontinue your classes.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Our classes are designed for creative learning and skill-building rather than certification. However, you’ll leave with valuable knowledge and completed projects to showcase your work! For some of our specialised workshops that are more knowledge based there will be a certificate of completion.

Are food and drinks served?

No we do not serve drinks and food, but you are welcome to bring your own, just remember sharing is caring ;) We do however always have the kettle boiled with coffee's, teas and hot chocolate on us.

Are kids allowed?

YES OFCOURSE! We love kids and we work around the interruptions, they also sometimes join in on classes, but if they don't want to we have comfy couches and are open to playfulness.
