Founded by the dynamic mother-daughter duo, Karen and Amelia Bester, NOOK is the embodiment of their shared passion for creativity and hands-on craftsmanship. Nook was born out of our joint passion for creative projects and crafts, and for the need of our world today to connect without technology, do something creative and help people connect.
Karen always has a sewing, knitting or crochet project on the go, with her busy hands always vibrating to create and Amelia just needs to put pen to paper and her soul comes alive. Want to know more about us, come and get to know us in our creative space... We can't wait to meet you!

Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Sun Valley, just off the Olifantsfontein offramp, Nook Studio is a hidden gem between Saddlebrook Estate and Northview Country Estate. Our barn-style studio sits on a picturesque plot, offering stunning views and the peaceful presence of neighboring horses—a true escape from the city's hustle.
At Nook Studio, we believe creativity and creative healing thrives in comfort. Whether you're joining a class where we all mingle and create together, or hosting a private event, we’re here to make the space work for you. Our flexible layout can be adapted to suit your needs, and we offer a small kitchen and bathroom for added convenience.
